We want you to be fully satisfied with your Parfums de Marly purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for items in their original, unopened packaging. Please note that for hygiene and safety reasons, we can only accept returns of fragrances that remain sealed in their original cellophane wrap.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our dedicated client relations team via the online portal or email with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Authorization.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully place the boutique-sealed fragrance and any included complimentary samples or gifts into the original shipping box to ensure safe transit.

• 3.
  Affix the Shipping Label

  Print and attach the prepaid return shipping label provided by our team to the outside of your parcel, ensuring any previous delivery labels are covered.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our olfactory experts inspect the returned item to confirm its original condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
